A transulucent green 3-85 Beyblade X ratchet next to red 7-70 ratchet. The plastic lock on the 3-85 misses the hourglass shape of the standard ratchet design. There are small plastic nubs on the ratchet meant to grip onto the blade's underside, but it has been reported to damage the plastic and may lead to broken tabs on beyblades. Highly inadvisable to use as of this first iteration.
