Refusal to answer should mean a no vote. They are making a joke of Congressional hearings, downplaying the authority of the legislative branch.

They should ask whether Congress certified the winner of the 2020 Presidential election.
The name placard reads "Hon." There is NO honour in any of Trump's men and women. "Dishourable Discharges" are too good for them; they should be placed in Federal Penitentiaries. Trump, as C-in-C, of course should be Court-Martialed and sent to a Military Brig for the rest of his miserable life.
