Panel 1: "Call it my morbid affection, I adore it when you're asleep" a weary Demo returns to find both who he hold dearly asleep in the living room. Panel 2: "Free from the world. Safe in the duvet's embrace." Demo starts carrying each to bed, starting with Sudo. Panel 3: "Don't mistake it for a love of silence. I spite how it smothers." Demo puts on some ambient noise for Umbra, knowing he can't sleep without it. Panel 4: "I fill it with the sounds of your jumping joy. Even your sorrows scratches and loops the record of memories I constructed." Showered and changed, Demo cuddles his wife in bed. Panel 5: "I think of what can tomorrow be, I think of what could be done, I think if I am enough for you." A weary Umbra sneaks into the the master bedroom with his favorite pillow. Panel 6: "I shrink at my thoughts, the love so vast. I blink them away, the fear so consuming. Yet you're still here, I wonder: who comforts who." Demo welcomes Umbra into the cuddle pile and has draped the blanket over all three of them. (also in panel 5, there's a poster that reads "Live, Laugh, Lactate." just a little visual gag I put there to tickle anyone that pays enough attention. Like you, my lovely alt-text reader.)
