This past weekend, I was building some projects on Ubuntu. I wanted to record some GIFs for demos, but couldn't find a good tool. A few hours later, I had one built just for me, based on the exact experience I wanted that runs well on Wayland and is 100% Rust-based: github.com/dend/heartkelp

Another problem - we're coordinating a lot of the MCP work over @discord.com - but that gets out of hand quickly because the server is quite chatty. Solution? I built an MCP server for it (Discord doesn't have their own) that can be easily hosted on @cloudflare.social. github.com/dend/guildbr...
