I will be having just one glass of wine tomorrow to toast my ancestor, Oliver Wolcott, signer of the United States Declaration of Independence & the Articles of Confederation, & to the other founders. I’m not much for celebrating now, not with what’s happening. But I owe them at least a raised glass
