Leave it to me to ruin someone's first thread less than an hour after they posted it. Don't use 3D prints for items that need to be sterile. This means no food preparation tools or dishes, and don't use it for at-home medical remedies like you see here.

Does this really need to be sterile though? It's not making contact with the wound or anything, it's basically just a tourniquet with airflow? Seems alright.

I know nothing about 3D printing. Having said that, could you either soak it in alcohol before putting it on, or slather the inside with Neoaporin first?
