Heres the idea for his lore: This is the Watching Lord, a human whom the wizards used to make experiments on how to turn a human into a dragon, in the end the human had now 3 arms to crawl and walk more efficiently, as those were attempts of wings, but as they got wings, they soon lost more and more of their face mist other experiments, and so he couldnt escape they cut off his wings After the Monster War started, he was made one of them but he didn’t stay at any side, killing from both to survive and try to observe, he's an unpredictable Mage who still tries to act human like though his sanity may have been already gone
