One suggestion would be to connect some of those variables to the notebook (using the chain icon next to the variable definition in the graph). Thanks! Will try that - this was simply a graph that I'd made before and pasted straight in. Taking variables into the main doc looks neater!
It's also interesting for us to consider alternative strategies for running an action (such as your "new population" clickable text). We're always open to suggestions and other feedback!
