Notion is still probably top, but if you're in Slack then Slack Lists is a nice way of capturing feedback etc. Keeps it all in one place. I have everybody log feedback in there and rank according to impact on lead rate, close rate, retention rate etc. Remarkable how little most of it impacts growth!
