The more attention we pay, the more we may notice that this unwanted experience is not exactly as we feared, nor is it, even now, as we imagine it to be out of habitual reactivity.
The worst thing that can happen will happen and has happened countless times, maybe even now, such are the vicissitudes of life. Bear with it, all things are impermanent. #dhamma
