Picture for recipe as follows: Chicken and Rice soup with Bok Choy ★★★★★ Chicken, Rice, Soups INGREDIENTS Chicken pieces Exotic rice blend (white, brown, red, wild) Mushrooms Bok Choy Kombu Chives DIRECTIONS Here I made a delicious soup by cooking down a chicken back and a breast to make the broth (a piece of kombu was simmered for 10minutes while making the broth) and added in our rice blend. When the rice was almost done I added chopped mixed mushrooms and box choy. I garnished with chives.

Used chicken stock for the broth, Whole nub of fresh ginger finely chiffoned, Shallot and garlic finely diced, Bok choy shred chopped, Cremini and Shiitake mushrooms rough chopped, Noodles I was thinking how to make this vegan and keep the bulk feeling of the broth. And then it clicked. White Miso.
