I don't agree with changing the minimum wage, employers should just pay more, and when you increase the minimum wage everything goes up. I'm in Virginia and they're gonna bump the pay to the exact amount I already make, my boss will not compensate for a higher rate and my rent will increase because it always does when this happens. It screws people in the middle over.
