I've had a hankering for some sort of sausage casserole and lasagna. I ended up with this. I used these massive penne-like tubes as a noodle. They broke apart, creating a nice erratic texture. Mixed with a filling of tomato, mushroom, sausage. The bottom layer: oat milk bechamel. Cheese on top. 🤤
