Hello, I am just wondering if you are aware that this site (scroll down) says you are partnered with them? https://talesfrommotherearth.co.uk/storybook-education-sponsorship/ I ask because they are currently distributing a book to all Primary schools in Ireland, called "Sitka Spruce - the Amazing Timber Tree. As I am sure you are aware, the Sitka Spruce is no friend of nature outside its natural habitat, which definitely isn't Ireland. The book is sponsored by a construction company, which seems problematic to me. https://www.morgansindallconstruction.com/news/weve-launched-a-brand-new-book-sitka-spruce-the-amazing-timber-tree/ The Irish edition has an introduction from a TD (MP) who is decidedly not a conservationist, has a record of voting against any measures to protect the environment and is a climate change denier. Perhaps you are already aware of this, but I thought I'd let you know.

- 4 large white onions, sliced - 2 cloves garlic, chopped - 1 large stick celery, chopped - Medium sized courgette (zucchini), chopped - 15g butter - 1.5 litres chicken or vegetable stock - Soft goat's cheese - Pine nuts - salt and pepper to tasted Melt butter in a pan and add onion. Saute on a low heat for 20 - 30mins until soft and just turning a little brown. Add the other veg and continue cooking for about 5-10mins. Zap veg and stock in a liquidiser until very smooth. While the onions are cooking spread pine nuts on an oven tray in a single layer and toast in a low oven. Keep an eye on them as they can go from toasted to cremated in a flash! Season soup and pour into bowls, add small lumps of the cheese, sprinkle with pine nuts and serve. 😋
