So far today, October 27, about 300 people were treated at MSF’s health post and 130 sent to the emergency room, including 15 who required lifesaving surgery. We urgently appeal for civilians to be protected in El Fasher, and for them to be allowed to flee to safer areas. bit.ly/3L87KAo
