Finally, below is the word GOLD followed by four lines to write individual digits, each with a tiny word underneath: CHEST, BAGS, HANDFULS, COINS. The number 250 was filled in leaving the first line empty, meaning the player has 250 gold coins, or 0 chest, 2 bags, 5 handfuls and 0 additional coins.

The effect is subtle, but the portions filled in green, blue and orange are not flat but rendered with soft radial gradients.

The image was edited with notes and diagrams showing similarities between the shape of certain letters from the latin alphabet and certain runes, providing a solution for one of the game's last secret puzzles. The rune for the [t] sound is shaped somewhat like a T, and the rune for the [d] sound (which is similar to a [t] but voiced) is the same rune upside down. Also, the rune for the [h] sound is shaped like a lowercase h, and the rune for the [ð] sound (voiced th) is like the runes for [d] and [h] combined. The runes for the [s] and [f] sounds are shaped like $ and lowercase f respectively, if we're being very generous. A stranscription of a line of runes has been drawn over them to exemplify the similarities, and reads: "ðe softest feaðer".

Presumably the same text written in runes, only the runes on the left were changed so they don't have floating segments. Even the dots underneath meet the points of V shapes.
