The user interface uses a clean and modern design with a predominantly white background and minimalistic blue and green color accents.

The screenshot shows a step in the “Category-Group Automation Setup” process. The title reads “Understanding Category-Group Assignments.” Below, text explains that Category-Group assignments automatically route care requests to the appropriate care groups. When a care request is created with a specific category, it is automatically assigned to the mapped group.
