NO UV GEL! Just tossed a layer of our new DOOM LOOP FUSE PVB-free sticky base coat over my already polished nail, waited 2 minutes then gently burnished chrome powder on the surface with a fingertip-no tools needed. A thin water-based clear coat to protect the chrome, finished with lacquer topcoat.
