Script for calling your senators: Hello, My name is (your name). I’m a constituent from (blank) County, my zip code is (blank) , and I’m calling to ask Senator (blank) to please pass the Telehealth Modernization Act of 2024. This is a voting issue for me because a lot of my friends and family members are disabled or immunocompromised. Telehealth is just as essential for them now as it was during the early years of the pandemic. It lets people who can’t risk getting sick receive care safely. It also expands access to those with mobility issues, or who just can’t afford to make the trip to the nearest doctor. So, I’m asking Senator (blank) to please take urgent action and see that the act gets passed before the end of this year. For a lot of people, it really is a matter of life or death.
