As far as I know, Hex's the only feminine presenting one & the maniac concept being done in Pokemon's horror undertones just meant she stuck out more in general. Looking at the others now, I am surprised the Pokemon Go Poke Maniac didn't get any traction. Major pervert vibes, coulda gone somewhere.
