🎵 "Fully equipped DJ booth" = One speaker and a cable that might fit your laptop, as that's all a DJ needs
📺 "State-of-the-art AV system" = A 2014 laptop that crashes when you look at it funny, running windows XP
🎤 "Professional sound setup" = A karaoke machine from 2003 and crossed fingers, but it has a cute set of flashing lights
🚽 "Excellent facilities" = Toilets that would make a festival port-a-loo blush
💡 "Great lighting" = Three bulbs, two of which work... sometimes, controlled behind the bar of course
Look, we've all been there. That's exactly why we do site visits beforehand - to see what you've actually got, not what the brochure promised.
