Large loaf-like mountain with a building in lower right corner reached by a road lined with low barriers. Green trees tower in the lower left corner, taller than the building. The mountain and fog fill three quarters of the picture. Steep sides blotches with low growing green emphasis the road cutting into it and winding upwards. The whole looks still and huge, immovable.
A stream, with a white wading little egret fishing. Its feet are barely covered by the water, its waterline is so low. Green blade grass converge near the bank on the right hand side. To the fore of the picture, the riverweed is exposed in the slow moving wate, and it looks a bit sludgy from this distance. The brown bank slopes uneven and a little broken down towards the river. The grass is mostly brow. A clump of hardy flowers or a low shrub clings in green with its feet in the water
Long green grass mixed with small flowers and seed heads edge a river. They are brown to wispy white. The mixed grasses bend towards the river. Mid-stream, the river weed is in flower, a multitude of small white stars above the water. The sunlight reflects in a bright white ball-shape, with raggedy edges. The river's flow can be seen in the way the weeds and its flowers cluster or thin. Across the bank, reeds are clumped in dark thin green against an indistinct mixed greenery with small pools of a light brownish leaf on the surface of the water. It smells of the river and sun.
