Recovember day 4 text: Mastery activities (those that build skill in areas of personal interest) can boost recovery. Some of the most engaging of these are creative arts, crafts, or hobbies. So get creative!
Recovember day 3 text: Plan rest breaks. Resting helps to reduce physical, cognitive, and emotional fatigue. If you tend to push yourself for hours at a time, change that by scheduling breaks!
