There is a QR code that when scanned links to the following URL: https://celinelatulipe.net/cra-older-adults-interview-study/ Under that is text that says: "We are looking for people to participate in an interview study about how informal tax helpers (people who do taxes for friends and family) use technology and online CRA services. Looking for adults (18+) who: Have done taxes for at least 2 different family members or friends in the last 5 years. We are ideally interested in talking to people who have done taxes for older adult (age 65+) friends and family members, but this is not a strict requirement. Participation involves: a single interview that lasts 30 minutes, in person, over the phone, or online via Zoom. Compensation: Receive $15 (CAD) as a thank-you for your time via e-transfer or Tim Hortons gift card.
