Hell House LLC: Lineage (2025) is by far the best sequel in franchise. Without using found footage, this film brings a fresh take to the series and allows Stephen Cognetti to shine. You'll want to see this when it hits theaters on August 20th. Thanks to Terror Films for the screener. #horrorsky
