The recipe for Droso's broccoli curry cheese casserole: Ingredients 3 large heads broccoli, cut into florets (or a giant pre-cut frozen bag) 2 cup mayo 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 4 cans cream of mushroom soup 8 Tb butter, melted 2 cup panko - can sub breadcrumb topping with cheese 1/4 cup curry powder 1 Tb pepper 2 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp paprika 2 tsp salt 2 large dashes nutmeg rice to serve with Steps Preheat oven to 350 F. Blanch broccoli for 3 to 5 minutes and drain. (If from frozen, more like 8 minutes.) In a 9x13 inch casserole dish, add mayo, cream of mushroom soups, cheddar cheese, and spices. Then add the blanched broccoli. Mix thoroughly and spread evenly. Combine butter and panko and spread over casserole. Dress with extra paprika and pepper. Bake for 40 min. Start rice in the meantime. If the top is not golden brown yet, broil for 2 to 3 min. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes (will be hot!). Serve over rice.
