Dave @dtpennington.com · May 21 The thing is, Wall Street is kinda neat. It is nestled in between historic buildings and has a very old-World feel. The thing is: weekdays and anytime after 7 pm the place is *empty*. It's kinda spooky and usually populated with unhoused people camping.

And, weirdly, it is open to one way vehicular traffic. But it doesn't need to be, like...at all. Every road that surrounds it goes to the same place (image, highlight in pink) I propose closing off Wall Street to cars and establishing it as a pedestrian-only route.
