Conway's Law clearly states that these two are aligned, and what's more, it's the code that will reflect organization boundaries, not the other way round. Why? Because the code reflects what people do. And people work in a very specific environment. /2

Is it really all or nothing? I agree with you ideally at the higher more strategic level but that’s (often) difficult to achieve, especially in more traditional environments or ways of thinking. Can’t DDD have value at a more tactical level only?
