I'm not saying it's a bad idea to hire juniors. But, as I wrote in the post below, I can't imagine this trend to change, out of a sudden. Mostly because of AI.

Senior devs of this era will become priceless to help AI where it made mistakes🤷♂️ 80% of what i ship now is AI generated... ( but it writes code like I would write it) Don't hesitate to ask for a demo 🚀
it feels like there will be much less chances to get a promotion above the senior level. The amount of senior devs is finite.
