A few British ones that sprung to mind. Danananakroyd Sky Larkin I Was A Cub Scout Spy Versus Spy And although not emo, I'd recommend Malcolm Middleton because all his songs just sound like depression and I'm all for that. Especially when sung with a Scottish accent.

Dear You by Jawbreaker is quintessential listening. It was an album that played with emotional themes in the punk realm and because a landmark album of punk and emo.
