They'll probably start with X being bought by Tesla first due to cash burn. That will grow the market cap. They'll do like a $100 - $200 billion valuation. Tesla will hope to get a multiplier with the story of its Optimus robots and AI. So that then it can be big enough to buy SpaceX.
They'll tell a story of: 1. AI visual intelligence through Tesla FSD 2. AI text intelligence through X 3. Optimus Robots harness that intelligence to 4. Colonize moon and Mars by being sent back and forth with SpaceX rockets and communicate with Starlink
