turns out they weren't exclusive to this power hour....sorta? The Reaper loadout is in Blitz rn. Includes Twin Siphon Shotguns and Void Mask Obviously a reference to Reaper' Shotguns and his Shadow Step ability. The shotguns even give siphon which is a reference to his Passive ability.
