ECCHR-Senior Legal Advisor Silvia Rojas Castro: “Wir lehnen die Mediation ab, weil eine Diskussion über abstrakte Richtlinien nichts nützt, solange Menschen weiterhin ihr Land verlieren und durch Wasser vergiftet werden, das mit den Pestiziden belastet ist, die Bayer für den Sojaanbau vermarktet. Eine solche Mediation hätte Bayer lediglich ermöglicht, die Gemein-schaften für ihr Konzern-Greenwashing
zu instrumentalisieren, statt echte Veränderungen zu bewirken.”

Übernimmt das ZDF Sanktionen der Trump-Regierung?
Mitwirkende an ZDF-Sendungen sollen sich verpflichten, nicht mit Personen oder Organisationen zusammenzuarbeiten, die auf nationalen oder internationalen Sanktionslisten stehen.

Strukturermittlungsverfahren

In einem Strukturermittlungsverfahren wird bei einem begründeten Verdacht auf ein Verbrechen vorläufig ohne Personenbezug ermittelt. Es werden also Strukturen und verdächtigte Gruppen untersucht, es gibt jedoch keine direkte Anklage gegen eine Einzelperson.
