Many people mill around the end of a busy section of road. The road surface is made up of setted stones, and there are three black planter boxes that should be filtering the end of the road still allowing bicycles through, but they have been pushed to the edges of the junction to leave a motor-vehicle-sized access which has then had to have temporary fencing added.
