This took me waaaay longer than I'd like to admit to figure out but if you make curves with geometry nodes in Blender and want clean UVs just add a Trim Curve after the Curve Circle. This gets rid of the interpolated values between the start and end of your radius. #Blender

If it makes you feel any better, I worked on this for a long while, multiple times, and never came up with a good answer.

Also for importing this into Godot, I HAD to set the Parameter to Vector, Face Corner, otherwise it won't work. Ofc make sure you set the relevant import settings too.
