Eline @eliine.dev · Oct 29 It’s made by the Kyverno people, originally to test the internals of Kyverno. But it’s generic enough to be used for quite a few cases. It works by applying a set of manifests, then waiting for a set of conditions to be true. Quite intuitive and fits well with the asynchronous Kubernetes model.

Test files are simple, they just say what happens and what to expect in Kubernetes afterwards. It’s declarative, not imperative, which in many cases makes it really easy to throw in a test or two. Personally I find this «less is more» approach refreshing.
