Imagine you have a staging environment - Kargo can run a deploy there automatically, then verify it’s up and finally trigger a deploy to prod. It uses the AnalysisTemplate CRD from Argo Rollouts that support sources like Prometheus metrics.

Kargo used to be very opinionated, working only for a very specific set of workflows. With the 1.0 release last week, they completely changed the way promotions work and made them configurable. A great choice IMO, which will drive lots of adoption 🚀
