I truly in my heart of hearts want to believe it's a singular person with a consistent Illustrator style, especially since things are spelled correctly - but there's just too many things that give me pause (wiggly lines, the text all having that same weird glow)

Yeah, with that they either had AI make the whole thing minus the more plain text, or it was a full template on a stock website that someone else made with AI and then tossed editable text layers into.
