Big fan too, superb world building and engaging characrers. I always deem it the highest praise if an author can make me hate one of their characters

Clive grabs your mind. Holds it hostage Even with... "The thief of always", my son and I couldn't stop reading until we read the whole book while on vacation. He,his friend, myself and hubby all took turns. Kids book, but scary and suspenseful. I think it took 2 nights. In a cabin by the lake. 💙
