For me, as a layperson, one of the more frustrating aspects of the judgement is that the original version grossly misquoted one of the GRA 2004's explanatory notes. The judgement text refers to note 27 being about trans men, however it was clearly talking about trans women.

This has been changed at some point prior to May 23rd to, correctly, read "trans woman". But with no further context given, it is not clear if the conclusion of potential "mischief" that UKSC drew from this note was based on their former, or latter, interpretation of this line. This matters.
