🇺🇦 Russia struck Kharkiv Arts Museum today. Firefighters' work was greatly delayed as they had to shelter in the nearby metro station until the threat of new attacks had passed. The fire had plenty of time to spread throughout the building built in 1914. Prior to 2022, it was home to 26000 paintings.

Explosions shake Kharkiv once again as I'm writing those lines. Russians are having a go at Ukraine's 2nd biggest city tonight. The last few days haven't felt safe at all here. Kharkiv is very unfortunately located only 26km away from the border with Russia.
