I don't believe in anything supernatural or paranormal (ghosts, demons, magic), don't believe that UFOs are aliens (life is likely to exist elsewhere in the universe but it is not visiting earth), and don't believe in any other cryptids. And bigfoot probably isn't real either but it is marginally more believable than anything I've previously mentioned, because all it needs to be is an animal. We know animals are real. And I know most of the people in the bigfoot world are grifters and most of the supposed "evidence" is hoaxed, but there are a few honest and good-faith actors in the space and some of the evidence is genuinely hard to explain without a bigfoot-type creature. Also I think the point about camera operators getting too scared to get good video is a little unfair. Like think about the scenario in the case bigfoot is actually real. How do you expect someone to react except with shock and fear when confronted with a massive wild animal that they've been told their whole life isn't real. You'd run too. Not saying all those sorts of videos must be legitimate, just that this aspect alone isn't really enough to argue the validity of a video in either direction." Emma reply: "Bigfoot couldn't be real for the simple fact that there wouldn't be enough Bigfoots (bigfeet?) to propagate the species. Such is the problem with all cryptozoology on that scale. If there was a population of 8 foot bear/monkey men living this long, people in these "sighting" areas would be tripping over them all the time- otherwise there wouldn't be a large enough population for them to still exist. Simple impossibility :)"
