For some reason it always fascinates me seeing open source software license info in commercial products Especially these in two specific modern retro games (Earthion and the Genesis Mini Darius port)

I thought you only had to include that license when distributing or forking the SGDK or parts of it. You also have to include it in games made with it? Or are they being extra careful?
Speaking of mini consoles, it's fun seeing the whole "free as in freedom" spiel on the NES Mini where Nintendo would absolutely never stand by any of these things if the license didn't force them to. Or the same one in the Genesis mini that has so much text it lags that poor little console
