I have to switch between Maya and 3dsmax and substance at work, which at least have enough similarities and I have decades of muscle memories that just need a little cognitive bump, but then on my own hobby time I'm in blender and oooooo boy I'm grandma learning a mouse for first time
As someone who also used Maya for years, switching to Blender 2 years ago was a rough time. Even made it harder doing my daily work in but I did get a hang of the controls after 2 months of daily use. Even to this day I look up some stuff but personally I love the non destructive workflow.
