I am going to break my social media sabbatical just this once so I can properly and publicly address your post here. “Fuck white people” “Death to all white people” This was more or less what I had posted (I can’t remember the exact wording because, again, I deleted them so quickly afterward), and which I very quickly realised went way too far; it was an act done from a momentarily slip of judgement that resulted from a fit of anger. Even now I’m genuinely sorry for posting those abhorrent messages, and I’m truly sorry to anyone who saw and/or took offence at it. These are words that should have never been said, for any reason, period, and I make no excuses for it. Once I realised my mistake, I very quickly course-corrected: I immediately deleted the offending messages, and apologised for posting them. But instead of accepting my apology, your friends still saw it fit to punish me harshly for it, by removing me from the Discord channel with no way for me to appeal against my punishment, and by ostracising me for it. I am not trying to hide anything here; the screencaps I provided didn’t show the messages because they were taken long after I have already deleted the messages myself and apologised for them.
