Bad Code I'm taking down from a pull request

adding @jscutlery/swc-plugin-angular didn't work. I exposed the config so I have a better understanding on why here fails.

this happened while attempting to troubleshoot, but now the focus is to fix swcrc config or find the right setup for angular libraries...
