Lemon and Salt every two weeks works best for me. And then oiling once every two months. And properly rinse it under hot water every use and then make sure it’s proper dry after before putting it in a cupboard or anything

I've gone the lemon and salt route before and it worked really well! The trick (that I've found) is to try and prevent this before it starts–which I understand isn't super helpful at the current moment. If you aren't oiling/waxing your board, give that a try too once this is sorted out!
