I'm using yyyymmdd, not yymmdd - but in general yes. On the other side within a few customer companies I heard: That's too much work and take to much money, the Microsoft search will find the data, especially in Outlook/Exchange 😜 So do not organize data by yourself, Microsoft knows how to do that
