Heavy rainfall is expected in many places, locally thunder is accompanied by hailstones and there will be favorable conditions for tornado formation. Rainfall totals exceed 25 mm and hailstones over 2 cm in diameter are possible. Under thunderclouds strong wind gusts.

Backfilled data from from unidata-nexrad-level2 Amazon S3 bucket with incorrect timestamps in the filenames. It seems that the first digit of the minute has been coded as a minute and the second digit coded as a second. For example the file for 12:01:05 UTC, contains a scan from 12:15 UTC.
