In macOS 27, there seem to be two Siri apps: one is the Siri voice interface — accessed by clicking the microphone icon in Spotlight — and the other is the Siri conversations app. The voice interface is just Siri.app, and the app is Campos.app. (I imagine the former will go away in a future beta.)
